Mortgage Checklist

We appreciate having the opportunity to serve your mortgage needs. To help save you time and money, and expedite the processing of your loan, please help us by having the following items copied and/or signed and return them to us at your earliest convenience:

  • _____ Copy of your driver’s license.
  • _____ Your two most recent pay stubs.
  • _____ Your last two years W-2 income tax statements.
  • _____ If you are self-employed: the last two years of tax returns form 1040’s (all schedules). Please make sure the copy is signed.
  • _____ Last 2 statements for all checking and/or savings accounts.
  • _____ If you own stocks, bonds, retirement accounts, or other holdings: your last 3 statements from each account.
  • _____ Names and account numbers for your charge cards.
  • _____ Your most recent Mortgage statement. If currently renting, provide name and address of your landlord.
  • _____ Name, address, and account number for your auto loan(s).
  • _____ If you have filed Bankruptcy in the past 7 years: need a copy of all pages and an explanation letter.
  • _____ If you own rental property: a copy of rental agreement(s), mortgage, property tax and fire insurance information.
  • _____ A copy of the cover sheet of your Homeowners insurance policy.
  • _____ If you live in a Condominium of Planned Unit Development (PUD) project: the name, address, and phone number of your Homeowners Association or Management Company.
  • _____ If purchasing, a complete copy of the purchase contract.
